Through membership, giving, and engagement, the Friends provide flexible support for collections, programs, research opportunities, staff development, and other needs that strengthen the Libraries and the Smith community.

Executive Committee
Oversight of the Friends is assured by an Executive Committee whose members help communicate the Libraries’ accomplishments and needs. They provide fundraising advice, and plan events and activities that directly benefit Smith students, faculty, and staff.
