  • More information on digitization requests can be found on the Digitization Services page. Please note that the time frame for digitization is dependent upon multiple factors, including the size and complexity of the request as well as staff availability. Requests are fulfilled in the order in which they are received, and may take up to 12 weeks or longer to complete.

For research requests by both form and email, we reply in the order in which they are received, up to one month from the date of receipt, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. 

 

We receive a high volume of emails each day, and our staff and student assistants answer them in the order they are received among their other daily responsibilities. Reference questions, especially ones that require us to review physical collections, take time, which is why our turnaround time is up to one month. We appreciate your patience while we work on finding the best answer to your question.
