Faculty Research Assistants

Faculty may designate student researchers to act as their proxy in borrowing materials on their behalf. Student researchers should print out the form below, complete both sections, and bring it to the Central Service Point in Neilson Library, ground floor. A proxy library card will be issued that allows the faculty research assistant to request and checkout materials from the Five Colleges on behalf of the faculty member.
