User Experience (UX) Lab

The UX Lab is dedicated to studying and supporting UX research and design.

It all begins with consultation!

Visit the Libraries User Experience guide to learn more.

Why use the UX Lab?

UX research, usability testing, and other specific user-centered approaches are important to the development of effective spaces and tools within a modern library. The UX Lab provides a space for education, consultation, and lending of UX-specific hardware and software, and support for planning and carrying out UX studies.

Consultations are available for students, staff, and faculty who are interested in UX!

  • Usability testing, Interviews, Card Sorting
  • Survey Creation
  • Brainstorming Workshops
