Reservable Spaces
The Smith College Libraries offer a number of reservable spaces, including small collaboration rooms, seminar rooms, classrooms, and more. Neilson Library spaces have been designed to be flexible and used for different purposes throughout the day.

Library spaces may be reserved by Smith students, faculty, and staff. For a list of rooms that can be reserved, please see below.
Study & Collaboration
Students, faculty, and staff may reserve the following rooms for study and collaboration. For a full description of a room's locations and resources, click on the 'reserve' link.

Event Spaces
Neilson Library contains spaces that may be reserved by Smith students, faculty, and staff for larger meetings and events. Please note that all reservations must fall within normal library operating hours.
To request the use of a space in Neilson library for events or meetings, please use the Libraries Events Request Form. It will take a minimum of 1 week to review and respond to your request.
