Updates to Discover Advanced and EBSCO Databases Coming July 7

Beginning July 7, there will be changes to the navigation panel of the Discover Advanced and EBSCOhost interfaces. The layout will change in several ways:

• The left-hand navigation menu (My Dashboard and Research Tools) will be moved to the top of the screen and menu items will be regrouped.
• My Dashboard tools (including Holds & Checkouts) will be moved to the MyEBSCO menu, and users will be prompted to create a My EBSCO account if they don’t have one already.
• The filters with options for refining search results (limiting to full text, date ranges, publication types, etc.) will move to the left-hand panel and will be open by default.
• Pagination will be added to the results page to replace the “Show more results” button.
