Two thirds gown (Luca Capogna, Matthew Ghazarian, Christophe Golé, Marguerite Suozzo-Golé ) and one third town (Richard Murphy, Bill Spirer), the sextet  began as an informal gathering of musicians in 2021, playing outdoors as an antidote to the pandemic.

Through that time, they developed a repertoire that includes world music, jazz, and popular standards in French, Spanish, Italian and English. La Vie en Bleu has performed in neighborhood driveways and house parties throughout the Valley, at Atlas Farms in South Deerfield, and as part of the Kahn Institute series at Smith College.

JostenLive! hosts informal salon-style performances that bring the wealth of performing artists in its orbit to the acoustically inviting  Josten Library Mezzanine. Always free, brief and open to all.
