Published March 12, 2025

The Burack Collection was created in 1979 by Sylvia Burack 38 and her daughters in memory of Abraham S. Burack, with the direction to buy books in the field of current fiction or non-fiction, chosen specifically for the reading pleasure of Smith College students and other members of the Smith College community. The collection includes new books and graphic novels across genres, bestseller titles, and both young adult and adult materials.

The Burack Collection can be found on the ground floor of Neilson Library, near the Central Service Point.
