Meet Nichole Calero, New Operations Manager

We are excited to have Nichole Calero as the Libraries’ new Operations Manager. Nichole has been the Administrative Assistant for Special Collections for seven years, maintaining the logistics and finances of the department. In her new role, Nichole is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Libraries’ physical facilities, and serves as the point person for public events and scheduling of public spaces in the Libraries.
Nichole is a native of the Berkshires, and moved to the Pioneer Valley to be an Ada Comstock scholar at Smith, and is a proud alumna of Smith. She has been working for the Smith Libraries since her graduation in 2013.
