The Smith College Libraries will be represented in a number of orientation events for new students this fall, including a special Libraries session for all incoming Ada Comstock Scholars.

Wednesday, September 9, from 12:00-12:30 p.m. via Zoom

Attendees will connect with two Ada Comstock Scholar alumnae at this exclusive virtual event. Nichole Calero AC ‘13 and Jessica Ryan AC ‘17 will give a short presentation, followed by a Q&A session, moderated by First Years' Experience and Engagement Librarian Cat Hannula

Calero has a B.A. in American Studies with a minor in Landscape Studies and a concentration in Sustainable Food; she is currently the Special Collections administrative assistant. Ryan has a B.A. in Philosophy and a Certificate in Book Studies; she went on to earn an MLIS from Simmons University, and is currently the Libraries’ scholarly communications project assistant.
