Xochitl Quiroz (she/her) is the librarian for the Humanities Departments, as well as the librarian for First Years on campus. She provides reference and instruction support for students and faculty in the humanities, in addition to serving as the library liaison for orientation and first year seminars. Xochitl also works with faculty, staff, and students in the development of collections for her respective departments.

Prior to arriving at Smith, Xochitl served as the Graduate Assistant at the Ricker Library of Art and Architecture at the University of Illinois. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, trying out new recipes, and going to coffee shops.
