Sam O’Connor

As the Circulation and Billing Associate, Sam plays a vital role in ensuring seamless access to resources and services for Smith students, faculty, staff, and extended user communities. Spending most of her time at the Neilson Central Service Point, she is responsible for managing circulation and patron assistance to facilitate efficient use of library services. Sam is also the point person for circulation billing functions and is reachable via librarybilling@smith.edu for any billing questions or concerns.

When not at the library or reading a good book, Sam enjoys playing, making, and listening to all kinds of music.
