Becca is a member of the Learning, Research, and Technology group, and collaborates with faculty, students and staff to provide instructional technology consultation and training.

Becca's background is in design history and information technology. Prior to coming to Smith, she was an instructional technologist at University of Wisconsin-Madison, supporting online engineering degrees and non-credit professional development courses. Her academic background focused on knitting and textile history, and her IT background focused on instructional technology. In her spare time she knits and spins and devours mystery novels.

Research Interests

Personal information management, content management, accessibility, active learning, universal design, material culture, digital humanities, textile history.
