As a member of the Electronic Resources and Serials team, Mikayla manages the lifecycle of ongoing electronic and print resources, including journals, journal packages and databases with a particular focus on individual journal subscriptions (both electronic and print) and standing orders.

Before pursuing librarianship, Mikayla spent years working in the hospitality industry, which allowed her to live in tourist destinations, such as Mackinac Island, Michigan and Aspen, Colorado.

While not at the library, Mikayla can be found watching football, women’s basketball, and the latest horror movie. She also spends many hours video chatting with her dogs back home in Michigan.
