Josephine is one of the first faces you'll see at Neilson Library. As a circulation associate, she can answer your questions and help you find the resources you're looking for. She works closely with the rest of the Public Services department to ensure the provision of excellent library service to all patrons. Additionally, she handles billing and fines for items at Neilson and the Annex.
