Jodi Hoover

Jodi Hoover (she/her/hers) manages the activities of the Serials, Electronic Resources and Acquisitions Unit (SERA) within the Collections, Discovery & Systems team. SERA is responsible for the acquisition and full lifecycle of the library’s general print and electronic collections. Jodi provides strategic direction for the collection based on data collection and assessment, curricular and research needs, and available financial resources. She also coordinates Smith’s collaborative collection efforts within the Five Colleges and other shared print preservation initiatives such as EAST and HathiTrust.

Outside of the library, Jodi is a studio artist and an air-cooled Volkswagen enthusiast.
