Anna is responsible for supporting student workers, overseeing circulation desk operations, and providing access support to community members at the Hillyer Art Library. They are the point person at Hillyer for any questions regarding the library’s online circulation system, electronic resources, handling of overdues and billing, and the search for missing items.

Before coming to Smith, Anna had guided backpacking trips in the Adirondacks and White Mountains, directed the kitchen crew for a breakfast cafe in southern Maine, and served as a tour guide for the Emily Dickinson Museum. Their pastimes include poetry, powerlifting, queer cinema, and spending meaningful time with friends and family. Anna’s parents met while students at the Smith College School for Social Work and raised them in lovely Easthampton, Massachusetts.
