Anna Morrissey

Anna is responsible for supervising student workers, overseeing circulation desk operations, and helping anyone and everyone access Hillyer Art Library’s collection and physical space. They also process course reserves for the art department, as well as for Film & Media studies. They are the point person at Hillyer for questions regarding finding lost books, accessing restricted materials, navigating the library’s physical and online resources, Hillyer’s semesterly carrel lottery, and reserving spaces in the library.

Before Smith, Anna had guided backpacking trips, worked in kitchens, and served as a tour guide for the Emily Dickinson Museum. Their pastimes include community theater, powerlifting in Ainsworth, frequenting Amherst Cinema, and spending meaningful time with friends and family.
