Jennifer manages, maintains, and improves the Libraries' website. She uses UX/UI design and web content strategies to ensure exceptional user experience, customer service, multicultural inclusion, and accessibility. Additionally, she works on strengthening the library's communications strategy by creating an effective social media presence.
Before joining Smith College, Jennifer worked as a web designer and UX/UI designer for the Harvard/Nasa Astrophysics Data System, the Museum of Fine Arts, Simmons University and the Boston Arts Academy. Jennifer also won the Massachusetts Library Association's PR award for her web design work for a virtual auction fundraising project for the Bacon Free Library, in Natick, MA. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys building websites and chatbots for fun, designing knit toys, and watching TEDx videos.
