Jenna leads the Electronic Resources and Serials team, working to maintain the libraries’ print and online subscriptions, and other online resources. She ensures the libraries' database, e-journal and streaming media content is findable and usable, and fixes access issues as they arise. Jenna helps maintain the libraries' discovery layer, prioritizing transparency in the search experience. She also gathers and evaluates usage statistics for the libraries' online resources.

When Jenna is not at the library, she spends time with her family, participating in or on the sidelines of various sporty activities. Before coming to Smith, Jenna was a middle and high school librarian and still enjoys reading (and chatting about) young adult literature. She grew up in southern Vermont before living for a number years in New York City, and loves visiting both of these former homes.
